2. Introduction
These terms govern the rights and obligations between the Seller and the buyer when purchasing goods through the online store at richwear.cz. A consumer is any buyer acting outside the scope of their business. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection. This does not deprive consumers of the protection granted by the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
3. Orders and conclusion of the contract
Products presented on the website are for information purposes and do not constitute a binding offer.
The buyer selects the product, size and cut, adds it to the cart and proceeds to checkout operated by Shopify, where they enter contact and delivery details and choose shipping and payment.
Before placing the order, the buyer can review and correct all details. By placing the order with an obligation to pay, the buyer confirms they have read these terms.
The purchase contract is concluded when the order confirmation is delivered to the buyer’s e-mail.
Products are made in limited quantities. If an item exceptionally cannot be delivered, the Seller will contact the buyer without undue delay and refund the full amount paid.
4. Price and payment
Prices are in CZK and are final. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is placed.
Payment is made by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Shopify Payments at the time of ordering.
The Seller sends the invoice electronically.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship within the Czech Republic via Packeta (Zásilkovna) – to a pickup point or Z-BOX.
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment.
Please check the parcel upon delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier.
6. Right of withdrawal (returns)
A consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To withdraw, simply e-mail hello@richwear.cz (you can use the form below) and send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawal to Richard Vojíř, Maříkova 193/2, 162 00 Prague 6 – Veleslavín. Cash-on-delivery parcels will not be accepted.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
The Seller will refund all payments received, including the cheapest delivery option offered, within 14 days of withdrawal, using the same payment method. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or the buyer proves they were sent.
Goods must be returned undamaged, unworn, unwashed and ideally in the original packaging. The Seller may deduct compensation for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature of the goods (e.g. wearing, washing, damage, odour).
